Requirements to enroll

You will need to participate in a preliminary interview before the start of the course and the arrival at the Yoga Skyros Academy.

There will be 2 different Sessions each 7 Days lasting, where you learn a particular Subject of Yoga. In these 2 Session you will learn the Essential of Meditation and Pranayama and the Essence of Ayurveda.

7 Days – Session III: Meditation, Pranayama and Ayurveda

· Meditation

Impermanence is the rule is the Universe.Everything is always changing!Learn how to use Meditation in this changing Environment is a must have knowledge to be able to establish harmony in our daily Life.

· Pranayama

Learn the Essential Breathing Technics (Pranayama’s) to be able to use it in the daily Life and for different purposes.

· Ayurveda

“Ayur” and “Veda” mean literally the Science of life. Ayurveda ishere to balance all imbalances in the physical body, while Yoga is here to stop all movement of the mental body. Ayurveda recognize condition on a physical or emotional level. Ayurveda teach us that the human body is a microcosm that follows the law of the Universe-macrocosm.It is only a vague introduction to let you know about the Amalgamation of Yoga and Ayurveda in an enchanting Surrounding.
